Join us for an evening of two masterpieces of the 20th century: Shostakovich’s Quartet No. 3 and Ravel’s only quartet. These two quartets explore two different universes of sound: the Shostakovich is intense and highly emotive; and the Ravel enchants us with its richness of colour and subtlety of atmosphere. It’s sure to be an exciting evening of chamber music.
